Ms. Fennimore joined BSM after having spent four years in private law practice focusing on general legal matters ranging from information withholding and reporting, corporate law, and domestic law/international law matters. She is a Tax Consultant with experience in dealing with complex tax compliance and regulatory issues involving Forms 1099 and Form 1042-S.
Ms. Fennimore received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine Law, Ms. Fennimore was a fellow at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law. Her practice includes counseling clients in general legal matters, as well as appearing in Court.
